The BEST vegan restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food was incredibly delicious, the staff was wonderfully attentive, and the place itself is absolutely gorgeous. The menu is thoughtfully crafted, each dish carries the distinctive flavors of the Apulia region while also being creative and refreshingly unique. Every bite was an explosion of flavor. I wish we’d had more time to try more dishes, we wanted to go back, but sadly we’re short on time. I was definitely left wanting more! Can’t wait to come back soon.

Extremely happy to see that there is a vegan restaurant in Monopoli! Great atmosphere, delicious food and friendly staff! Amazing! Thank you! We ordered vegan cheese board with jams, vegan spaghetti carbonara, orecchiette, homemade wine , Pavlova cake and chocolate mousse. Great location! So calm!

best food I had in Puglia! this place is absolutely wonderful! the menu is very unique (but has options if you’re not looking for something adventurous) and the dishes are so full of flavour and love! the place is super cute! service was lovely. we stayed way beyond their opening time but weren’t rushed to leave. fantastic experience! highly recommended!

All Vegan e il ristorante molto particolare! Tipici Puliese ma arranged con loro metodi molto interessanteIl cameriere voleva usare Inglese ma miei genitori non capiscono neanche inglesi quindi meglio in l'Italiano per me e mio marito(Quando siamo in Italia, sempre parliamo l`italIano!) Staff explained il menu very well in detail in Italian even if he prefered English ( I think it's for other tourists) which are very pleasant for us Apuglian dishes but arranged not only vegan but their creative styles. Interesting interputation on "fave e cicoria" since normally tipico pugliese is a simple fava beans paste and cicoria, but their version was tipico+ red onion pickles with fig, so it would suit perfectly if you're a bit tired of of normal contorni from Puglia Lastly their signature should be a vegan carbonara(regret to forgot to take photo), and at this time it came with asparaghi(asparagas), it was extremely buonissima! Both non vegan parents and marito were surprised & pleased Salute allo chef

It was so refreshing (and shocking!) to find a fully vegan restaurant in Monopoli which offered a variety of different dishes. Such a lovely building with a relaxed atmosphere and great service. We ordered starters and mains and the quality of the food was amazing, you could tell each dish was made with love and I could not believe how nice roasted watermelon could be! It was great to be able to eat carbonara and it was so delicious. My meat eating fiance really enjoyed it as well, he had the vegan kebab. Would highly recommend a visit to this restaurant if you are in the area and you have to try the roasted watermelon starter

Finally a place not gentrificated, finally not a tourist trap! Lovely team and an amazing music selection. Must try: Crazy autoproduction of vegan cheese! And nice selection of local products, including organic wines! Very much recommended. Brave! ????????

Beautiful vegan pearl in the middle pf the old city, nature and good food are vibrant in this place, we got amazing polpette al sugo, carbonara, sea and chips (crispiest delicious I got in a while), chocolate brownie (low sugar, full pleasure) , crema catalana was just heaven and I tried a pomegranate spritz
